Rally Terms of Service

Please read these Terms and our Privacy Notice carefully. These Terms govern your use of rally.fun (including app.rally.fun) and the social media campaign services offered by Rally Foundation, including permissionless campaign creation and the optional verification services described in Section 5.

IF YOU ARE A RESTRICTED PERSON, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE SERVICES. USE OF A VPN OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR MEANS INTENDED TO CIRCUMVENT THE RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH HEREIN IS PROHIBITED.

⚖️ IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARBITRATION

WHEN YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU ARE AGREEING (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND RALLY THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY SECTION 16 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION) BELOW FOR DETAILS REGARDING ARBITRATION.

1 Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will also refer to that entity.

2 Privacy Notice

Please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your use of the Services, to understand our practices. This includes information you provide when you apply for verification, as described in Section 5.

3 Changes to Terms or Services

We may modify the Terms at any time, and such modification will be effective upon posting on our Site. You agree to be bound to any changes to these Terms when you use the Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review these Terms regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including any feature, benefit, or designation associated with verification, subject to the terms of any Verification Agreement (defined in Section 5) that you have with us.

4 Who May Use the Services?

Age and Capacity Requirements

You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with Rally, and not otherwise barred from using the Services under applicable law.

Restricted Territories

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident, national, or agent of the United States of America, United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Belarus, Russia, and the Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine, or any other country or jurisdiction to which the United States embargoes goods or imposes similar sanctions.

5 About the Services

General

The Services provide access to the Rally platform, which leverages GenLayer smart contracts on certain approved blockchain platforms, including without limitation, Base, Solana, and ZKsync Era, to create automated, rewards-based campaigns on social media platforms, including without limitation, X (Twitter).

Users can create campaigns on the Rally platform (each, a "Campaign"), participate in Campaigns through the Services, and earn rewards through such participation. If you create a Campaign, you are a "Campaign Owner." If you participate in a Campaign, you are a "Campaign Participator." The Services power the artificial intelligence-driven logic behind tweet scoring and impact analysis to help assess content quality and gather real-time engagement metrics.

Network Campaigns; No Screening by Rally

Campaign creation on Rally is permissionless. Any eligible user, brand, or project may create a Campaign funded with Rally Points or USDC without applying for or receiving verification from Rally (each, a "Network Campaign"). "Rally Points" (RLP) means the points made available by Rally within the Services that may be used to fund Campaigns as described in the Services. Rally Points are distinct from Rally tokens and from Campaign Owner Points. Rally does not review, screen, or approve Network Campaigns, or the people or projects behind them, before they appear on the Services. The fact that a Campaign is listed on or accessible through the Services does not mean that Rally has reviewed, approved, or endorsed the Campaign, its Campaign Owner, or any project, product, token, or claim associated with it. Rally is not a party to any Campaign and is not responsible for its content, its funding, or the payment of its rewards.

Campaign Owner Responsibilities

If you create a Campaign, including a Network Campaign, you represent, warrant, and agree that: (i) the identity and affiliation information you provide to Rally and display through the Services is accurate, and if you create a Campaign for a brand, project, or other entity, you are authorized to act on its behalf; (ii) you will not impersonate any person, project, brand, token, or entity, or suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that you do not have; (iii) the statements you make in or about the Campaign, and about any associated project, product, or token, are accurate and not misleading; (iv) you will not use a Campaign to promote a scam, fraud, or other harmful activity, or to solicit funds, private keys, or personal information from Campaign Participators for any purpose other than the Campaign; (v) you are solely responsible for the Campaign, including its content, its rules, its funding, its reward pool, and the distribution of rewards to Campaign Participators; and (vi) you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, and securities laws, in every jurisdiction where the Campaign is available.

Verification (Optional)

Brands, projects, and other entities may apply to open an organization profile on the Services (an "Organization") and to receive a verification designation for that Organization, currently displayed as a "Verified" badge on the Organization and its Campaigns (an Organization that holds the designation, a "Verified Organization"). Verification is optional and is not required to create a Network Campaign. If an Organization gives more than one person access to its account, the Organization is responsible for everything done through that account.

To apply, a representative of the Organization completes a short application and takes part in a screening call with Rally. Rally then carries out limited checks concerning the representative's identity and connection to the Organization, which may include confirming the use of a corporate email address and reviewing other information that helps establish the representative's affiliation with the Organization. Rally may approve or decline any application in its sole discretion and is not required to give reasons. Information you provide during this process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

A verification designation means only that Rally completed the specific, limited checks described in the Services at the time of verification, based on the information then available to it. It is not a comprehensive investigation of the Organization, its team, its products, or its tokens, and it is not a security audit, a financial or investment assessment, or a certification of legal or regulatory compliance. Verification relates to the Organization's representative and affiliation, not to any particular Campaign, and Rally does not review or approve each Campaign that a Verified Organization creates. A verification designation is not an endorsement by Rally, and it is not a guarantee that a Verified Organization or any of its Campaigns is legitimate, safe, free of risk, or will perform as described. Rally may describe in the Services what it checked, and the meaning of the designation is limited to that description.

Any benefits, features, placement, or promotion associated with verification, and the period for which a verification designation is provided, are as set out in the applicable Verification Agreement or, if not addressed there, as described in the Services from time to time. Rally does not commit to any particular benefit, placement, level of promotion, service level, turnaround time, or duration of Verified status unless expressly agreed in writing in a Verification Agreement, and Rally may modify the benefits associated with verification at any time. Rally may withdraw a verification designation as described in Section 7 and Section 10.

Verification Fees and the Verification Agreement

Verification is provided under a separate written agreement, order form, or invoice between Rally and the Organization (the "Verification Agreement"), which sets out the scope of the verification, any fee, the payment method and instructions, any benefits, the term, any negotiated discount or fee waiver and the conditions attached to it, and the treatment of refunds. Where a fee applies, Rally will issue an invoice and you agree to pay it in the amount, in the asset, and by the method stated in the Verification Agreement or invoice. If payment is made by transferring a digital asset to a wallet address designated by Rally, you are responsible for sending the correct asset, on the correct network, to the correct address, and Rally is not responsible for, and is not required to credit, transfers that are sent incorrectly. Verification fees are Rally's fees for verification and are separate from any funds you use to fund a Campaign's reward pool. Except as expressly set out in the Verification Agreement, verification fees are non-refundable, and payment of a fee does not give you an unconditional right to receive or keep a verification designation, or to remain listed on the Services, if Rally later takes an action described in Section 7 or Section 10. Rally may offer a discount or waiver in its sole discretion, and a concession offered to one Organization does not create an entitlement for any other. Rally may change the pricing, scope, or payment methods for verification for future applications at any time. If the Verification Agreement conflicts with these Terms with respect to fees, benefits, term, or refunds, the Verification Agreement controls; in all other respects, including Rally's rights under Section 7 and Section 10, these Terms control.

What Rally Controls, and What It Does Not

Rally operates the Site, the Rally applications and interfaces, user and Organization accounts, verification designations, and the listing and display of Campaigns within them (together, the "Rally-Controlled Services"). Rally does not control, custody, or operate the smart contracts or blockchain networks that hold and distribute rewards for Campaigns funded with tokens or other digital assets. Those smart contracts are deployed and controlled by the Campaign Owner, and their reward pools are held by the smart contract, not by Rally. Rally cannot pause or stop a token-funded Campaign at the smart contract level, cannot access, freeze, seize, or redirect its reward pool, and cannot reverse transactions on a blockchain. If Rally hides, delists, or restricts a Campaign, an account, or an Organization under Section 7 or Section 10, that action affects only the Rally-Controlled Services. The underlying smart contract may continue to operate and remain accessible by other means, and the Campaign Owner remains responsible for it. You should not rely on Rally to recover funds, stop a Campaign, or intervene at the blockchain level.

Digital Wallet Integration

You may participate in the Services by linking your digital wallet(s) on supported bridge extensions, which allows you to claim your rewards and engage in transactions using supported digital assets. Before claiming your rewards, we will ask you to download a supported electronic wallet extension and connect and unlock your digital wallets with that extension.

Social Media Account Linking

You may participate in the Services by linking your social media account to the Services, including but not limited to, your X (Twitter) account, which allows you to participate in the campaigns and earn rewards on the Rally platform. When you link your social media account to the Services, your digital wallet may also be linked to your social media account solely with respect to the Services.

Rewards System

You may earn certain rewards through your participation in campaigns. These rewards may be in the form of tokens on the applicable Blockchain Platform that the Campaign Owner funds and may also include Rally tokens, Rally Points, and other benefits associated with Rally's governance. To receive any token rewards, you must first claim your rewards as set forth in the Services. Rewards for a Campaign are funded and distributed by the Campaign Owner, and Rally does not guarantee that any Campaign is or will remain funded or that any reward will be paid.

Campaign Owner Points

"Campaign Owner Points" means any points, credits, scores, badges, or other non-monetary units of recognition that are issued by a Campaign Owner and distributed to Campaign Participators through the Services, and that are not native digital assets on a Blockchain Platform funded into a smart contract rewards pool. Campaign Owner Points are distinct from Rally tokens, from Rally Points, and from Rewards as otherwise described in these Terms. Campaign Owner Points have no monetary value, are not redeemable by Rally, and are governed by the terms of the applicable Campaign Owner. Rally does not issue, control, custody, value, or guarantee any Campaign Owner Points.

Third-party Token Distributions

Ecosystem partners, including GenLayer Foundation and Asimov Ltd, may from time to time offer token distributions or airdrops to persons who have participated in campaigns on the Rally platform. Any such distribution is made by the relevant partner, on the partner's own terms and in the partner's sole discretion, and not by Rally. Rally does not issue, distribute, custody or guarantee any tokens offered in such a distribution, makes no representation about eligibility, amounts, timing, delivery or value, and has no obligation to deliver, redeem or honour them. Eligibility for, and participation in, any such distribution are governed solely by the partner's own terms, which you must accept separately (for the GEN airdrop, the GEN Airdrop Terms and Conditions published at airdrop.genlayer.com/terms). A distribution by a partner is not a reward under these Terms and is not a redemption of Campaign Owner Points or of any reward. Participation in the Services does not create any right, entitlement or expectation of any distribution. To enable a partner to identify Rally participants and determine eligibility, Rally may share your wallet address and related campaign participation data with the partner and may receive wallet addresses from the partner for verification, as described in our Privacy Notice.

Campaign Owner Obligations for Campaign Owner Points

If your Campaign distributes Campaign Owner Points, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: (i) Campaign Owner Points are not securities, investment contracts, money, currency, legal tender, or any other financial instrument, and you will not market, describe, distribute, or otherwise hold them out as such; (ii) Campaign Owner Points confer no equity, ownership, dividend, profit-sharing, governance, voting, redemption, or similar rights; (iii) you are solely responsible for defining, issuing, administering, modifying, suspending, and discontinuing Campaign Owner Points, and for any communications about them, including any help pages, FAQs, or in-product instructions visible to Campaign Participators; (iv) Rally is not the issuer, custodian, guarantor, or administrator of Campaign Owner Points and has no obligation to deliver, redeem, or honor them; (v) you will display, or permit Rally to display on your behalf, the Campaign Participator-facing disclaimer required by Rally on each Campaign page that distributes Campaign Owner Points; and (vi) you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with the offer and distribution of Campaign Owner Points in every jurisdiction where the Campaign is available.

6 Your Content

Our Services may allow you and other users to create, post, store and share content, including messages, text, photos, videos, software and other materials. Anything that you create, post, store, or share on or through the Services is "User Content." If you are a Campaign Owner or an Organization, the information you provide about your Campaigns and your Organization is also User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you represent and warrant that it is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate any applicable law or third-party right.

7 General Prohibitions and Rally's Enforcement Rights

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • • Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any User Content that infringes, misappropriates or violates third party rights
  • • Use, display, mirror or frame the Services without Rally's express written consent
  • • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services
  • • Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any Rally system or network
  • • Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure
  • • Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, chain letters
  • • Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a Rally trademark without consent
  • • Engage in wash trading or other deceptive or manipulative trading activities
  • • Use the Services to participate in fundraising for a business, protocol, or platform
  • • Impersonate any person, project, brand, token, or entity, or misrepresent your identity, your affiliation with, or your authority to act for, any person or entity, including by creating a Campaign or Organization in the name of a project you do not represent
  • • Create, fund, or promote a Campaign, Organization, or User Content that is false, misleading, or deceptive, or that promotes or facilitates a scam, fraud, phishing, or other harmful activity
  • • State or imply that a Campaign or Organization is verified, approved, or endorsed by Rally when it is not, or use any verification designation, badge, or similar mark other than as displayed by Rally through the Services
  • • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any moderation or enforcement action taken by Rally, including by creating a new account or Organization after your account has been restricted or blocked
  • • Violate any applicable law or regulation

Rally's Enforcement Rights

Rally may take action on the Rally-Controlled Services at any time, with or without notice, if it detects or has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, impersonation, misleading conduct, a violation of these Terms, or other activity that Rally considers harmful to users, third parties, or Rally, or where Rally otherwise reasonably considers action necessary to protect the integrity of the Services. Rally does not need to conclusively establish that a Campaign, Organization, or project is fraudulent before acting.

The actions Rally may take include: (i) hiding, delisting, or removing a Campaign, Organization, or User Content from the Site, the Rally applications, and other Rally-Controlled Services; (ii) withdrawing a verification designation, removing the associated badge, and disabling any benefits associated with verification; and (iii) restricting, suspending, or blocking a user or Organization account or its access to any feature. These actions apply to verified and unverified users and Organizations alike, including Organizations that have completed screening and paid a verification fee.

Rally may, but is not required to, notify you of an action taken under this Section and give you an opportunity to respond, and Rally may reverse an action if it is satisfied that the concern has been resolved. Whether any part of a verification fee is refunded following an action under this Section is determined solely by the Verification Agreement. Rally is not obligated to monitor the Services or any Campaign, but has the right to do so, and may cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities in connection with suspected unlawful activity. As described in Section 5, actions under this Section affect only the Rally-Controlled Services. They do not disable any smart contract, affect any reward pool, or prevent interaction with any blockchain.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services, including any Organization account and any verification designation, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. Upon any termination, discontinuation or cancellation of the Services or your account, the following provisions will survive: Sections 5 (to the extent it relates to Campaign Owner responsibilities, verification fees, and the limits of Rally's control), 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17.

11 Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICES, THE RALLY TOKENS, ANY CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

RALLY (AND ITS SUPPLIERS) MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES: (I) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS; (III) WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (IV) WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.

Campaign Owner Points

RALLY DOES NOT ISSUE, CONTROL, CUSTODY, VALUE, OR GUARANTEE ANY CAMPAIGN OWNER POINTS. RALLY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE NATURE, UTILITY, VALUE, REDEEMABILITY, PERSISTENCE, OR FUTURE TREATMENT OF ANY CAMPAIGN OWNER POINTS. CAMPAIGN OWNER POINTS ARE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICABLE CAMPAIGN OWNER ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND ANY CLAIM RELATING TO CAMPAIGN OWNER POINTS IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE CAMPAIGN OWNER. IN RALLY'S VIEW AND TO ITS KNOWLEDGE, CAMPAIGN OWNER POINTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE, AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE, A "SECURITY" OR "INVESTMENT CONTRACT" UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED, THE SECURITIES LAWS OF ANY U.S. STATE, OR THE SECURITIES LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF ANY OTHER APPLICABLE JURISDICTION; HOWEVER, RALLY MAKES NO DETERMINATION AS TO THE REGULATORY STATUS OF ANY PARTICULAR CAMPAIGN OWNER POINTS, WHICH IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ISSUING CAMPAIGN OWNER.

Third-party Token Distributions

RALLY DOES NOT ISSUE, DISTRIBUTE, CUSTODY OR GUARANTEE ANY TOKENS OFFERED BY AN ECOSYSTEM PARTNER IN A TOKEN DISTRIBUTION OR AIRDROP TO RALLY PARTICIPANTS. RALLY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ELIGIBILITY FOR, OR THE AMOUNT, TIMING, DELIVERY, VESTING OR VALUE OF, ANY SUCH DISTRIBUTION. ANY SUCH DISTRIBUTION IS MADE BY THE PARTNER ON THE PARTNER'S OWN TERMS, AND ANY CLAIM RELATING TO IT IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE PARTNER.

Network Campaigns and Verification

RALLY DOES NOT SCREEN, REVIEW, OR APPROVE NETWORK CAMPAIGNS, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ANY CAMPAIGN, CAMPAIGN OWNER, ORGANIZATION, PROJECT, PRODUCT, OR TOKEN AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES IS ACCURATE, LEGITIMATE, LAWFUL, SAFE, OR FREE OF RISK, OR THAT ANY CAMPAIGN IS OR WILL REMAIN FUNDED OR WILL PAY ANY REWARD. A VERIFICATION DESIGNATION REFLECTS ONLY THE LIMITED CHECKS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5, BASED ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO RALLY AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION, AND IS PROVIDED "AS IS." IT IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT, GUARANTEE, AUDIT, INVESTMENT ASSESSMENT, OR CERTIFICATION OF ANY KIND, AND RALLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY VERIFIED ORGANIZATION OR ITS CAMPAIGNS WILL PERFORM AS DESCRIBED OR WILL CONTINUE TO MEET THE CRITERIA UNDER WHICH THE DESIGNATION WAS GRANTED. ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A CAMPAIGN OR ORGANIZATION IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE APPLICABLE CAMPAIGN OWNER OR ORGANIZATION.

12 Assumption of Risk

You accept and acknowledge that there are risks associated with utilizing any cryptocurrency, blockchain technology or related services. You specifically acknowledge and assume the risk of loss associated with the Services.

Campaign Owner Points

You acknowledge that Campaign Owner Points, if any, are issued and controlled by the applicable Campaign Owner, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, have no monetary value, and may cease to exist or to be honored by the Campaign Owner. You assume all risk associated with earning, holding, or attempting to use Campaign Owner Points and have no recourse against Rally with respect to them.

Third-party Token Distributions

You acknowledge that any token distribution or airdrop offered by an ecosystem partner is made by that partner and not by Rally, may be modified, suspended or cancelled by the partner at any time, and may be subject to eligibility criteria, wallet screening, geographic restrictions, vesting and forfeiture under the partner's terms. You assume all risk associated with any such distribution and have no recourse against Rally with respect to it.

Network Campaigns and Verification

You acknowledge that, because Campaign creation is permissionless, Campaigns and Organizations on the Services may be created by anyone, including persons who impersonate others, make misleading claims, or promote scams. You are responsible for your own diligence before participating in, funding, or relying on any Campaign or Organization, whether or not it carries a verification designation. You acknowledge that a verification designation may be withdrawn at any time, that Rally cannot recover funds or stop activity at the smart contract or blockchain level, and that you have no recourse against Rally for losses arising from the conduct of any Campaign Owner, Organization, or other user.

13 Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Rally and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, any Campaign or Organization you create or administer, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14 Limitation of Liability

NEITHER RALLY NOR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

15 Governing Law and Forum Choice

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

16 Dispute Resolution

Informal Dispute Resolution

You and Rally must first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms informally. Accordingly, neither you nor Rally may start a formal arbitration proceeding for at least sixty (60) days after one party notifies the other party of a claim in writing.

Mandatory Arbitration of Disputes

We each agree that any Dispute will be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative or consolidated action or proceeding. Any Disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration to be administered by the Cayman International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CI-MAC) in accordance with the CI-MAC Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND RALLY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

17 General Terms

These Terms, together with any Verification Agreement, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Rally and you regarding the Services, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Rally and you regarding the Services.

Addendum: Content Policy

Unavoidable Disclosure of Material Connections

You understand that your connection with Rally or the Campaign Owners might materially affect the weight or credibility consumers give to your statements. For this reason, you will not post, tag, review, or otherwise speak about or refer to Rally or the Campaign Owners, directly or indirectly, without disclosing such connection.

Honest and Truthful Opinions

Your statements must reflect your honest and truthful opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences with Rally's or the Campaign Owners' products or services. When representing that you use Rally's or the Campaign Owners' products or services, you must be a bona fide user of such products or services at the time the statement is given.

No Inappropriate Language or Content

You agree that all social media postings and comments shall always be in good taste and free of inappropriate language and/or content. Content may be rejected by Rally if it contains material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.

No Fake Followers/Bots/Reviews

You agree that you will not purchase fake followers, bot farms, fake reviews or otherwise artificially increase influence in a deceptive manner or in violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations. In a commercial setting, it is considered deceptive to use fake followers to provide social influence.
